Help Nokia dbox2 bootloader prob..

Hi all i recently crashed my dbox it was going slow,, so i tried to reflash a image back but it couldn't beacuse memory was full... so i then did a flasherase on dbox2 by entering pin 0000 now it boots up saying kien system... So now i have tried flashing now but i get the following error...

I can't seen to fix this it has nothing flash is empty.,,, What canb i do to fix this,, i have trouble reading readme files as everything is in german but i have translated some but nothing about my problem......

    Done what they say on there but i get the elfcopy failed error...

    Hi,

    please post the network-log of the bootmanager while flashing (grey box on top of the bootmanager).

    There is no network communication between your PC and your dbox.

    Make sure, that your network setup is correct. As far as i can see, you don't set a static ip-address to your pc-networkcard.

    Arh when my m8 used this prog to flash it orignally he just used a serial lead this is what im doing so i need to connect a cat5 cable to dbox aswell as serial is this correct??

    Yes, flashing without network isn't possible.

    ok so can u tell me what settings i need to configure my network properties ie 192.168.2.24 is this correct??

    Yes, for example...

    If you don't use a hub or switch to connect your dbox to your pc, it is necessary to use a crossover network cable.

    Set your network card to the ip-address you mentioned
    Set the ip-address of the dbox in the bootmanager for example to 192.168.2.100

    make sure that the following has be done:

    - newest network card driver has been installed
    - network card is set to 10MBit/HalfDuplex
    - firewall and antivirus software has been switched off or better deleted
