Freezes in a Sagem 2x AMD cable
Hello:
I'm Spanish and I don't spyke German.
It can that what I am going to ask, already is answered, but I am not spyke German.
I have a Sagem 2x AMD for cable. When you are viewing the TV, the image and the sound stop, and few seconds after it, the image and the sound restart. In other cases the sound restart but the image not, and you need change the TV channel, and other cases appears “Chanel not available†and you need restart the dbox2. I think the problem it’s not the signal , I think it’s a Hardware problem. In spain are several SAGEM with this problem.
Someone can help me.
Thank you

Ok, so this seems to be ENX related.
I suppose, that You have the ENX-Watchdog enabled.
On software side You can try the following:
SPTS-Mode off
HW-Sections off
use Your original ucode (or not)
use a different cam_alpha version
google for "enx reset plugin"
Hardware:
Try to cool down the ENX-chip with a little cooling spray and see , if it becomes better.
If yes, You could cool down the ENX permanently by applying a passive cooling with e.g. an ICK PGA 11x11 cooler.
Also see, if Your AT76C651 on the tuner gets pretty hot.
Do the same as for the ENX to that chip.
No more ideas left
Greez !
