Problem beim Flashen Philips Box

Hi Leute,

ich hab da folgendes Problem.

Hab in der box "kein System" stehen.

Wollte nun nach der Methode ohne nullmodemkabel die Box flashen mit dem von Dietmar erhältlichen ppcboot und nem 2x Image..

Hab alles nach Anleitung gemacht und im LCD steht auch "flashing..."
Nur leider funktioniert das Ganze trotzdem nicht...

Ich häng mal mein Log bei, die Box schafft es nämlich nicht das bestehende Image zu laden, aber seht selbst:

Dein Netzwerk "klemmt", da wimmelt es von Timeouts.

derget hatte hier mal nen Link zu ner passenden ppcboot gepostet, nimm die wenn Du das Netz nicht auf die Reihe bekommst (bissi im Board suchen).

Leider funktioniert das trotzdem irgendwie nicht.

Auf meine Nokia kann ich ja auch ohne Probleme flashen...

Nur auf diese Philips von nem Kumpel nicht...

Es kommen weiterhin diese Time-Outs...

Ist das "irgendwie" auch mit Logs/Fehlermeldungen dokumentierbar?

Naja, gleiche Fehlermeldung wie die schon oben Gezeigte...

Was ist eigentlich mit der Endung .bz2 an dem ppcboot-file?

Wenn ich im Bootmanager mit dem button "Image flashen" aufspielen will, stellt er mir ja automatisch die ppcboot_writeflash ein, das kann ich nicht verhindern.

Flashe ich mit dem ppcboot von Dietmar's Page und drücke sozusagen nur auf Start im Bootmanger funktioniert das auch nicht und diese Time-Outs sind da...

Nimm die hier (als "ppcboot" für die Methode ohne Nullmodem verwenden).

leg halt die entsprechenden files in das gleiche verzeichnis wie das u-boot.

Der Bootmanager bringt sogar welche mit

Also wenn Du damit das logo-lcd meintest...

Das befidnet sich im gleichen Verzeichnis ;-)

Brech mal bei den BOOTP-Requests für logo-lcd und logo-fb jeweils mit Strg-C ab (steht auch so im verwiesenen Thread).

Ansonsten weiß ich da jetzt auch nicht weiter, ein funktionierendes Netzwerk wäre halt die saubere Lösung.

Das mit STRG-C hab ich auch schon versucht

Leider nicht mit gewünschter Wirkung..

Und das Netzwerk funktioniert...

Geht ja mit meiner Nokia und auch mit der Dream einwandfrei..

Scheint mit der Philips-Box was nicht zu stimmen...
