Nochmal ein LCD Problem

Hab eine DBox Nokia Kabel, 2xI, AVIA500
Debug ist on und manchmal erscheit sogar die DebugInfo im LCD.
Wenn nicht steht im Log LCD init error -1. aber des Startlogo wird trotzdem angezeigt.
Box boote Linux mit LCD-Logo sobald aber der lcd.o Treiber geladen wird geht das Display aus.
