failing to flash dbox via ethernet or com ports

Achtung: RSH ist bei fast allen Linux-Images nicht konfiguriert/aktiviert!
*** RSH wird also nur funktionieren, falls ihr euren Linux-Kernel gepatcht habt.
Keep getting this message after i try to flash also image won't flash!! I need help on how to work this, now getting at my wits end, HELP!! anyone

This message is in another window. You need to enter your commands in the com window. Not the RSH !! That is a complete different method
