satellites.xml in dreambox branch

Guess this must have be discussed before but could not find anything using search...
The satellites.xml in the dreambox branch uses the following for Thor and Astra 2:

<sat name="Int.707/Thor2,3(0.9W)" flags="1" position="-9">
<sat name="Astra/Eurobird (28.2E)" flags="0" position="284">

As you can see the Astra descriptrion is 28.2 but the position parameter says 284 meaning 28.4E. Is this a typo or is there a reason for it?

Looking on the Lyngsat site, which seems to be the bible for sat info, Thor is at 1W instead of 0.9W.

I often read about problems moving to Astra and Thor after updating sat settings from a different settings builder, because some of the put Thor at 1W with positon=-10 while others use 0.8W or 0.9W and likewise fotr Astra.

So what is right and what is wrong?

If thats how it works, I know a few other interesting combinations
