Help Please ??? Sagem 1 x Intel flash error

Hi,

Can anyone help me with the following error I am getting when flashing my sagem 1 x Intel box. It worked the first time but now I get the following error :


Erase Flash from 0x10020000 to 0x107fffff

sector 63 ....erase failed: a800a8



Erased 63 sectors
copy to flash... flash error: status b800b8
Timeout writing to flash

Lokks like a faulty connection going to the flash, check the PCB for damaged "vias" (connections going through the board).

It worked first time but when I rebooted I forgot to stop the server so It started to download the ppcboot file from dboxbootmanager at this point I pulled out the power (Silly me) and now I have this problem

Well, even dboxes trend to fail sometimes - like all other things in this world may break unconditionally.

If I changed the flash chip would I lose the BMON ?

Yes, you would loose your BMON.
