my tweaked enigma won't fit the image...

I do a couple of modifications in the currently available
enigma, then I compile it, strip off the debug overhead,
and end up with a file slightly over 3MB, which I thought,
is still a reasonable size.

Then, when trying to pack (mkdreamboxfs v.0.04) it into an img file,
I'm getting a message that the intermediate cramfs being created
is too large, and the process quits with no image created.

My other enigma compiled to a file around 2.5MB and that one didn't
have such problem while packing to an image.

I haven't really changed much in the source, rather than some little tweaking to make it more compatible with the US DVB stream.

I'm puzzled. Any hints you guys can think of?

My current enigma is 3.05, still fits (but I know I getting dam close)
