VLC-Installation

Hallo,
bin dabei VLC zu installieren. Habe Version 0.7.1 entpackt, ./configure ausgeführt und möchte nun make ausführen. Bekomme aber leider folgende Fehlermeldung: make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.. Es ist nur Makefile.am und Makefile.in vorhanden. Leider aber nicht Makefile. Was mache ich falsch?

Habe leider nun Probs mit dem streamen von DVD. Meine Philips ist nur am puffern. Wie muss ich die Videorate setzen? Hoch oder niedriger? Habe auch keinen Ton.

Habe ich nicht mehr weiter verfolgt. Ist auch für mich kein notwendiges Feature, Rechner im Keller . War halt gerade am Anfang mit Movieplayer und habe alles ausprobiert. Die Standarteinstellungen reichen für Streaming aus.
