habe meine dbox2 von nokia mit BI 1.6.8 bespielt
und habe jetzt beim starten der box nur noch ein grünes display.
flash im eimer?

Box hat früher noch booting System gezeigt, aber auch nur grüner Display. Beim Versuch des Flashens wollte Box einen Befehl haben, daraufhin hab ich einen Tftpboot gemacht und die Box wurde geflasht, aber nur 1, 5 min Copy to Flash, nicht 2 wie üblich. Jetzt kommt nicht mal mehr das Startlogo, kann man mir noch helfen?

hey... Bangemachen güldet nicht
also die Box is wohl völlig ok (vom LCDinit mal abgesehen)
was passiert ist:
-box wurde neu geflasht, hat geklappt, aber image irgendwie put
-box neu gestartet, aber weil image put gibts "kein system"
-ins LCD geschaut... aber weil LCDiniterror nur noch grün

--->nochmal flashen, am besten baseimage 1.6.0 und n dazugehöriges cdk.cramfs. dann sollte die Kiste wieder leben (wenn Du glück hast geht sogar das LCD wieder)

Nu jut. Ich verstehe nur nicht ganz, wie ein neues Image einen init-error vom Bootloader reparieren soll...
Ist der Bootloader nur etwas empfindlich ?

Image welches ich geflashed habe, war neustes AlexW, welches auf anderen Boxen gelaufen ist. Also wenn dann muß es beim Flashen kaputt gegangen sein, dass auf meiner Festplatte ist sicher OK.

der initerror ist zwar da, aber es gibt ne Menge Boxen die trotz initerror im Display was anzeigen. Das Display hat verschiedene Modi (irgendwie Grafik und Text oder so) und manchmal geht die Anzeige unter Neutrino ganz normal, während beim Booten bis zum LCDlogo nix zu sehen ist.
Manchmal auch andersrum, Logo geht und der ganze Rest ist duster.

Hab jetzt nochmal neu die Version 1.6 geflasht, copy to Flash hat diesmal 1.50 gedauert. Die Box geht an, Display grün, am TV auch kurz grün, dann Booting System, nach ca 10 sek. geht der Vorgang von alleine von vorne los!?

Ergebnis ist, dass wieder das Booting Bild im TV kommt und geht, kommt und geht, ...
Display immernoch grün.
Bringt der neue Log neue Erkenntnisse?

Nö. Wenn das Kabel nicht rausgerutscht ist, hat das LCD oder der Frontprozzi ne Macke.

Also kann eine Reperatur unter Umständen sehr teuer werden und selbst reparieren ist uferlos, oder!?

Kabel auf richtigen Sitz prüfen ist daheim machbar, aber ein neuer Frontprozzi könnte schwieriger werden.

Kann man jetzt eine genauere Schätzung abgeben als 10 bis 300 Euro, klar ohne Gewähr nur auf Erfahrungsbasis hin geschätzt!?
Wär nett, weil ich keinen Kostenvoranschlag für 25 Euro machen lassen will nur um dann zu erfahren dass es über 100 Euro kosten wird und es damit für mich unrentabel ist. Vielleicht willst du sie ja auch reparieren?
