Fehlermeldung - kann kein image flashen

Ich erhalte unten aufgeführte Fehlermeldung und verstehe sie nicht.

Hatte bis jetzt keine Probleme beim flashen.

Netzwerkproblem:

- Firewall ausschalten
- bei XP/W2K Mediasensing ausschalten.
- Pfeil hoch - Taste beim Einstecken der Box drücken (kommen ein paar Zahlen im Display), gibt dem PC Zeit, die Box zu "sehen"
