Bitte um Hilfe! Phillips kein flashen möglich

hi leute!
nachdem ich nun eine woche lang rumgemacht hab und mir etliche faqs durchgelesen habe bitte ich um eure hilfe!
Also ich habe eine phillips box, nach etliche hin und her hab ich sie mit dießer neuen methode in den debug modus bekommen.(denke ich jedenfalls)
das war aber auch alles.ich bekomme keine verbindung.
folgendes steht im log:

als nächstes erstmal flashimage auslesen. (wichtig mit nem großen W)

n paar tips nachlesen woran es liegen könnte daß die box nicht vom netzwerk bootet (boot net: failed)

das dingt mach mich ganz schön fertig, an was könnte das liegen?

wo ist das LOG vom flashimage auslesen?
