Hotbird - Wrong read of the EPG on channel TVN Group

For some time, there are errors decoding the EPG for all channels of the TVN Poland on satellite HotBird.
Do you know the cause of this problem?
Also the same problem is with channel package Filmbox.
Any sugestion?

Ich habe schnell ein Fix für TVN von coolstream sourcen gebastelt .

Es ist noch notwendig File apps/tuxbox/enigma/data/encoding.conf in nach /var/tuxbox/config/encoding.conf zu kopieren (in Image).

Wenn ich ihn einsetze, sehen die Umlaute allerdings so aus:

Ich weiß nicht ob ich alle erwischt habe, bei LCD muss ich passen, weil ich nur relook habe.

EPG auf dem TV sieht nun besser aus, deutsche Umlaute funktionieren einwandfrei.
Polnische Zeichen (TV Polonia bei KD) sehen mit Deinem Patch genauso falsch aus
wie ohne Auf das LCD habe ich nicht geachtet, aber der vorher von mir gemeldete
Fehler ist auf jeden Fall behoben.

Dann sollte man aber die vielen isUTF8() und Latin1toUTF8()-Implementierungen, die wir inzwischen haben mal konsolidieren, so skaliert das nicht.

Problem is not solved at all :/ There is still the problem with Polish and Deutch chars encoding. Can someone fix it in secionsd ?
