Tunner defekt was kann ich machen ?

Hi

ich habe eine Nokia Dbox2 Avia 600 für Sat.
Bei allen Sender kommt die Meldung " Kanal zu Zeit ... "
Mit Satfind mal Signal getestet und Signal ist da Aner BER vollauschlag.

Sobald ich die Box mit Satanschluss verbinde hört mal auch ganz leises ticken ?
Trenne ich die Leitung ist es weg und der Statusbalken ( Signal ) geht runter.

Was könnte defekt sein ?

Danke aber was soll mir das sagen ?

dass du da nix mehr machen kannst, außer reparieren lassen.

kannst du mir sagen was das genau ist ( Bauteil oder Bauteilsoftware ? )
wo kann ich es machen lassen ?

Der Tuner hat nichst mit dem Descrambler zu tun! Das sind zwei unabhängige Einheiten.

Die Fach leute sagen wenn der Descrambler Chip oder Ram defekt ist geht noch nicht mal FTA .
und was soll ich jetzt glauben ?

Laut deinem ersten Post8ing ist das doch auch so.

In den allermeisten Fällen ist dem so, dass FTA auch nicht mehr geht.

Ganz selten gibt es auch sehr merkwürdige Defekte in dem Bereich - die Firmware wird noch geladen und läuft "irgendwie", es kann aber keine Kommunikation mit dem Descramaler stattfinden.

Damit geht FTA dann teilweise zwar noch, aber "[camd] CA_SEND_MSG: Remote I/O error" zeigt sehr deutlich, dass hier etwas nicht OK ist.

Wie gesagt, das sind ganz seltene Ausnahmefälle (um genau zu sein: ich hatte bisher exakt eine Box hier, die sich so verhielt).
