So und jetzt wird die Kiste auf einmal seeeeehr langsam(hochfahren kommt alle paar sek. ein buchstabe auf bildschirm. der Motorola Prozessor wird übrigens bereits 70°celsius warm. vielleichts liegts ja daran, auf alle fälle habe ich ein i2c error, siehe bootlog:

Danke das wenigstens du antwortest.
Vielleicht kann ich jetzt weiter eingrenzen, denn der i2c error tritt nur auf wenn ich bei ucodes die avia500.ux und camalpha.bin reinkopiere, wenn nicht dann läuft sie ohne fehler.

Jetzt denken bestimmt die meisten SEC-Chip wie ich oft lese hier. Aber wieso killts einfach so den chip, denn vor 2 tage lief sie ja noch nur eben keine sender da der TS11 vom netzteil defekt ist.

Genau: auch Elektronik ist vor ganz normalem Verschleiß und Alterungserscheinungen nicht gefeit. Da brauchts nicht immer externe Einflüsse.
