hallo

meine nokia 2xamd avia500 lief bis jetzt sehr gut mit einem sehr alten alex_w image.
jetzt blieb mal das bild schwarz und ich musste neu flashen.
hab da mittlerweile mehrer yadi's probiert und auch die alten alex_w images die immer funktionierten.

nach dem flashvorgang - da schaut eigentlich alles super aus - kommt jetzt immer kein system.
ich hab hier im forum den tip gefunden nach dem flashen mal zu checken ob im flash alles ok ist.

imagetyp kontrolliert - alles 2x images - extra nochmals in die box geschaut - sind 2x amd drinnen.

Da hilft wohl nur noch auslöten der Flashs und extern mal auslesen um zu sehen, was wirklich drinsteht.

SORRY! ich hab das schon gelesen - nur hat es irgendwie nicht funktioniert.
er hat immer durchgebootet zu "kein system".

die andere methode kannte ich von früher - und da ich dachte es ist nicht viel anders ....

werde es nochmals so probieren wie beschrieben - vielleicht hab ich einen fehler gemacht

so, ich hab es jetzt mal soweit das er das bootet - steht schön neutrino im display.
musste allerdings rarp server starten deaktiveren (paket treiber konnte nicht geladen werden)
und mit boot net das ganze machen - sonst bootet er nicht von der platte.
nur fehlt mir das "press enter" irgendwie.

brichst du das ppcboot etwa beim booten ab?

hab grad eine andere box probiert - da funktionert es sofort ohne probleme.
nur stecker umgesteckt und im bootmanager stop / start und funktoniert.

/edit: nein ich breche natürlich nicht ab - deshalb jetzt der test mit einer anderen box.
zum kontrollieren ob ich zu doof bin oder die box schuld ist

aha, dann ist das ein ziemlich eindeutiges indiz für defekten ram.

wenn ich die erweiterungskarte (RAM) entferne funktioniert die methode mit dbox2.rar wohl nicht ?
weil wollte mal kontrollieren ob es daran liegt.
wenn die smd speicher defekt sind ... dann grüss gott

beim obigen log war die erweiterung doch noch drin...
Diese uralte ppcboot geht fest von 32MB aus, wenn dann aber nur 16MB tatsächlich vorhanden sind, kommts halt zum Absturz.
Daher könntest du mal versuchen eine neuere yadd mit uboot zu starten, und dabei eben die Ramerweiterung ausgebaut lassen.

ja beim log war die erweiterung noch drinnen.
die hab ich erst rausgetan nachdem du gesagt hast der RAM könnte es sein.
aber da bootet es dann im kreis - soll ich davon nochmal ein log machen ?

aber eine yadd mit uboot zu starten und dann die ramerweiterung auszubauen ist sicher eine gute idee.
ich versteh allerdings nur bahnhof

yadd - ok - die krieg ich von der yadi seite - glaub ich.
uboot ist doch das was nach dem ppcboot geladen wird,
nur wie bau ich eine ramerweiterung aus ?

Yadd ist nicht zu verwechseln mit Yadi

uboot ist der nachfolger von ppcboot
