Flashen über Nullmodem mach Probleme

Habe meine Sagem 1xI mit defekter Netzwerkkarte nach Anleitung des Forums geflasht.Hat soweit geklappt.Ich kann am ende nur das Image nicht in den Flash kopieren da er geschützt ist.Hier mein Bootlog aus dem Hyper Terminal
