VLC streaming, Movieplayer, 'Bitte warten...'

Hallo NewsGroup,

vielleicht hat jemand einen Tipp:

Ich versuche eine Datei mit VLC an den Movieplayer zu streamen.
VLC ist soweit installiert und ich kann mit dem Movieplayer über den Filebrowser eine Datei auswählen.
Das Streaming startet (Traffic auf dem Switch), die DBox zeigt mir aber nur die Meldung: 'Bitte warten Sie. Die Verbindung zum Streamingserver wird hergestellt'.
Dann passiert nichts mehr, bis ich den Stecker ziehe.
Das ganze habe ich schon mit verschiedenen Dateien ausprobiert.

Andere Einstellungen, wie Recording und Playback auf/von NFS-Share, funktionieren perfekt.

Hat jemand eine Idee woran es liegen könnte?

Hallo Peter,

VLC ist gestartet. Ich habe die Version 0.7.2.

Die Verbindung vom Movieplayer zu VLC steht insofern, als dass der Filebrowser funktioniert und der Stream auch gestartet werden kann (Traffic auf NetzwerkSwitch).

Schau mal ins Log vom VLC. In der deutschen Version heißt das netterweise "Meldungen".

diese Meldung wiederholt sich x-Mal. Anscheinend startet der Stream nicht, sondern diese Fehlermeldung wird endlos von VLC zur DBox gesendet.

Ich denke mal, dass ich etwas falsch konfiguriert habe, aber ich sehe den Wald vor lauter Bäumen nicht.

Was hat es denn mit 'url=/dboxstream' auf sich?

/dboxstream ist die URI, die erst erzeugt werden muß (vom Movieplayer)

Könnte es am Codec liegen?

Nach langem probieren habe ich die Version 0.6.2 installiert.

Bild und Ton funktioniert.
