Flashen ohne nullmodem

Hi,wollte gerade mal meine box ohne nullmodem flashen,und habe da ein problem.

Habe eigendlich alles nach der "dietmar-h." anleitung gemacht, im LCD seht dann ja auch Flashing, aber es passiert nichts. Im bootmannager steht: **Adapter Desc: Realtek RTL8139 Family Fast Ethernet Adapter (Microsoft's Packet Scheduler)

ich wollte noch sagen das es eine sagen2xi(kabel)ist. und sie über einen Router verbunden ist.

Liegt das Image als 13.img in C:\Flashen?

Ja, habe ich umbenannt, und in das verzeichnis wo die ppcboot drin ist. und das verzeichnis heist Flashen.

Welche IP hat die DBox im Bootmanager zugewiesen bekommen?

Also die IP im bootm. 192.168.2.25. Das ist auch die aktuelle IP der dbox. Ist das richtig?

Das passt soweit. Dann fallen mir nur noch Firewall/Virenscanner oder ähnliches Spielzeug ein.

Ein Nullmodemkabel kostet wirklich nicht die Welt und macht das Flashen um einiges leichert.

Habe bis jetzt ja auch immer mit nullmodem geflasht,aber das abauen jedesmal geht mir auf dem geist. wollte es mal so probieren. Danke dir auf alle fälle für deine hife. Fals ich es noch hinbekomme melde ich mich noch mal. MfG Mik

Na wenn Du ein Nullmodem hast, versuch genau diese Methode aber mit serieller Verbindung - da sieht man dann eher, an was es scheitert.

Schau bitte nochmal nach, ob die Datei nicht 13.img.txt oder 13.IMG oder sonstwie anders heisst. Am besten in einer DOS-Box "dir c:\Flashen" eingeben.

Dos-Box sorry aber sagt mir nichts.

Aber habe auch noch mal unter eigenschaften geschaut und da steht überall 13.img.

Start - Ausführen - cmd.exe / command.com

Extras-Ordneroptionen-Ansicht-Erweiterungen bei bekannten dateitypen ausblenden: Häkchen weg, dann klappst auch mit den Endungen
