Flashen bricht mit "DRAM: (faked) 32 MB" ab - wo

Hallo,

ich habe meine dbox erfolgreich in den Debug gebracht, jedoch funktioniert das Flashen nicht, es kommt untenstehende Logausgabe, die sich ständig wiederholt.
Einen Bedienfehler kann ich eigentlich ausschließen, da ich eine zweite Box habe, die sich mit den gleichen DBox-Bootmanager-Einstellungen problemlos flashen lässt.

Ein Bekannter hat mir den Tip gegeben, die datei "ppcboot_ohne_lcd_fb_16MB_real_flash" zu benutzen und dann mit
"bootp 00100000 /c/dbox2/fertig.img " usw.das Image "manuell" zu flashen. Das funktioniert auch einwandfrei, aber beim nächsten Hochfahren bleibt die Box beim Startbild hängen.

Zuerst noch die Daten zur Box: Nokia, 2xIntel, Sat.

Die Box hat zwar einen weiß-gelblichen Steckplatz für eine Speichererweiterung, der ist jedoch leer.

Muß dieser Speicherplatz unbedingt belegt sein oder kann die Fehlerursache auch im Flash liegen?

Die Boxen wurden alle mit 32MB ausgeliefert. ppcboot_writeflash setzt auch 32MB voraus.

Wenn beim manuellen flashen die Box "stehen" bleibt, poste mal bitte ein Log vom Flash- und Bootvorgang.

Hallo, das manuelle Flashen verläuft erfolgreich bis "done". Aber danach, wenn man die Box neu hochfährt, bleibt sie beim Startbild hängen, dazu hab ich untenstehendes Log.

Wenn der Flashvorgang Fehlerfrei lief und das Image OK ist, hat die Box wohl ein Hardware-Problem.

Wo könnte das denn liegen? Der Fehler ist völlig unvermittelt aufgetreten.
Bisher ging es immer, nur die Box hat keine Sender mehr gefunden und da wollte ich ein neues Image ausprobieren.

Hallo, aber gibt es nicht einen Anhaltspunkt, WO der Fehler liegt?! Würde das Einsetzen eines solchen Speichermodules evtl.Hilfe bringen?
