Hilfe: Logo-fb geändert -> kein System

Hallo,
ich habe auf meiner Nokia DBox2 Neutrino mit dem neuesten Snapshot. Jetzt hab ich Held gestern die logo-fb ausgetauscht. Und mein System bootet nicht mehr.

Was kann ich jetzt tun? Hab schon Stunden hier im Forum verbracht und bin nicht schlauer.

Hab ich probiert. (Mit der 13.img Methode von Dietmar H)

Ist leider immer noch das gleiche Ergebnis.

Dann hat das Flashen nicht funktioniert - ohne Log ist da aber keine weitere Hilfe möglich.

Das meinte ich nicht, sorry.
Hab versucht die Box zu flashen, aber der Bootmanager spuckt immer noch das gleiche aus und startet den Flashvorgang nicht.

Ok, aber wo liegt jetzt der Fehler?
Weiß jemand evtl. noch einen Link der mir weiter hilft?

Virewall/Virenscanner/VPN/etc. - das sind alles Standardfehler, die schon zig mal hier durchgekaut wurden.
