Dbox reset loop flashing original firmware

Hi I am Italian,
my english is bad but I will try to explain.
I have a nokia dbox2 sat but I do not speak the German. I do not succeed to make the flashing of original firmware becouse the dbox2 make continuously reset and the pc transfer only 394 blocks.
I use windows xp with a cross erhernet cable and I have tried also with windows 98 se with 10Mbit/s ethernet adapter. The software naturally is dbox2 bootmanager. But repeat I obtain a loop of 394 blocks transfert with reset displayed on dbox2.

Sorry,
now I understood that one hardware modification is necessary to go in debug mode.
Scuse me again but I don't understand the German language and is all more difficult for me.
