Fehlermeldung beim flashen des neuen Images !!!

Suche verzweifelt Hilfe. Nachdem meine Sagem-Box (2xChips) vom einen Tag auf den anderen beim booten bei "loading kernel" hängen geblieben ist, habe ich es mit dem neu flaschen probiert. Dabei erhalte ich folgende Meldungen:

benötige ich überhaupt ein Netzwerk zum flashen ??? Da die Box bei "loading kernel" hängt, kann ich nicht auf die Box zugreifen. Danke im voraus für Eure Antworten.

ich finde den fehler nicht. ich habe alles schon x-mal probiert. liegts am netzwerk oder an der seriellen verbindung ???

Dann beschreib mal genau wie Du vorgehst. Aber bitte ganz genau!

Netzwerk, irgendwas blockiert den Transfer (Firewall, Virenscanner usw).

also der virenscanner läuft nicht mehr.

meine vorgehensweise:

bootmanager dbox ip 192.168.3
pc ip :192.168.5
com-port-geschwindigkeit 9600
haken bei bootP
verzeichnis : C:\dbox2\ppcboot_writeflash (dort liegen auch die dateien)
kein haken bei nfs-server (mit haken klappt es auch nicht)
start gedrückt
dbox resetten
dann läuft auf dem terminal eine zahlenwirrwarr (siehe oben)
nach ein paar sekunden bleibt es stehen und die meldung load error erscheint

die funktion image flashen funktioniert auch nicht

ich verzweifle noch. es hat doch schon mal alles funktioniert

Du darfst nicht auf Start drücken und gehst dann über "Image flashen".

Also, mach es mal so:

Box mit PC verbinden (Netzwerkkabel und Seriell)
Box starten
Bootmanager starten
RARP aus (Rest egal)
Auf Reiter Utilities gehen
Image flashen drücken
Image auswählen und bestätigen
An der Box gleichzeitig "Pfeil-Hoch-Taste" und "Ein-Aus-Taste" drücken bis Display erlischt
Wenn Display dunkel, nur die "Ein-Aus-Taste" loslassen
nach kurzer Zeit auch die andere Tasten loslassen

und dann poste mal was passiert.
