ja, kabel..... da gibts auch keinen TF9, deshalb kannst da lange suchen...
also weiter zurück zum TS11 (BC369 vorne rechts neben den 4 RAMs vom avia500), da sollte ebenfalls B/C/E 11,4/12/12 anliegen

Dann prüfe die DS73 auch gleich noch mit!

Sitzt direkt beim TS11, allerdings auf der Unterseite der Platine, und ist ein wenig angklebt.

hmmm,
dann ist der BC369 schonmal kaputt (bei 2V basisspannung ziemlich sicher)
und die DS73 hat 2 Anschlüsse

ist schon klar

cih meine, dass an DS73 1,9V abfallen, also es liegen 12,42 und 10.50V (gemessen zum Masse)

PS: ich habe noch ein beiträge von dir gelesen, da hast du nach bilder von dbox von nokia gesucht. wenn du immer noch suchst, dann kann ich dir die bilder zu schicken. (kann auch von Sagem zu schicken)

Die Diode wirst du auslöten müßen um die zu überprüfen!
Durch den TS11 wirst du die DS73 nicht messen können. Die Diode darf nur in eine Richtung Durchgang haben. 1,9V Spannungsfall sind auch etwas viel!

dann solltest Du 1N4148 als SMD gefunden haben...
das mit den 1,9Volt is aber so nicht zu verstehen wie doc das da oben schrieb: die diode wird ja in Sperrichtung betrieben, somit sind die 1,9V als völlig normal einzustufen wenn wie bei Deiner Box zischen Basis und Emitter des TS11 halt sone Spannungsdifferenz liegt...
löt den TS11 erstmal aus, dann kannst die DS73 gleich mittesten

Hallo alle zusammen! Ich bin es wieder. Habe jetzt TS11 ausgewechselt und da ich schon dabei war wurde auch DS73 ausgetuascht. Na ja, die Spannung ist ziemlich richtig, soweit ich beurteilen kann

Die Kanäle werden aber immer noch nicht gefunden
