bekomme keine software auf sagem box

wer kann mir helfen
habe 2 boxen gemacht die ein ging sofort die ander ist im debug mode aber nimmt keine software an habe es nach allen metoden versucht die ich kenne aber immer wieder die gleich fehlermeldung
