kein System nach Stromausfall

Hallo zusammen
Auf die gefahr hin das es lästig wird, aber ich habe ebenfalls dieses Problem. Habe bereits einige bord lange durchsucht und gepostet. Bin letztendlich hierhin verwiesen worden.
Also
Urzustand:
BN 201 2*i SAT.
HInginladeschleife.
debug enable und soft ausgelesen.
extrahieren von Dateien nicht möglich=Superblock nicht gefunden.
flashen AW1.6.3 und 1.6 nach beiden Methoden funktioniert aber
entweder bleibt die Box bei "starting kernel" stehen oder in anderm Fall in erneuter Ladeschleife.

Was ist das? Hardwarefehler ???

Übrigens über ne Yadd hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert

Was kam denn bei der Yadd für ein Fehler? Das Bootlog schaut auf den ersten Blick nach defektem Flash aus.

Habe leider nicht geloggt, aber da stand auch etwas wie error uncompressing und dann habe ich lange (1h) gewartet und den versuch beendet. Wenn ich das original BN image wieder flashe gibt es wieder "5 Balken, kein system". Einen letzten Versuch würde ich starten mit ner andern org. BN soft die man auch lesen kann. Aber woher nehmen wenn nicht....

Mmm sieht danach aus als könnte aus welchen Gründen auch immer das Image nicht entpackt werden. Bleiben theoretisch zwei Möglichkeiten. Entweder sind ein paar Speicherzellen im Flash defekt oder der Ram hat ne Macke.

Bin zwar kein Fachman in der Richtung aber was bringt der Speichertest des BLs? (Stanbdbytaste und Pfeil nach oben) Und/oder "memetest" von ppcboot?

Prozessor nicht zu vergessen (ich weiß es nicht, aber ich denke die dekompressionsroutinen nehmen da mal den cache richtig in Anspruch)
das Flash als Fehlerquelle ließe sich noch durch n YADD ausschließen

Also starte den DBoxBootManager.
Mache nur ein Häckchen bei "COM Port".
Nullmodem an die Box und den Rechner anschliesen. Box ist aus.
"Start" drücken im BootManager!
Nun gibst du der Box Strom. Drücke sofort die "Pfeil nach oben Taste". Im Com Fenster vom DBoxBootManager sollten die Debugmeldungen vom Starten kommen. Sieht dann etwa so aus:

Wie macht man "memetest" von ppcboot

Grundeinstellungen wie oben!
Die Box durchstarten lassen bis du "ppcboot" im COM Terminal siehst. Dann sofort irgendeine Taste drücken!
Die Box bleibt jetzt an der Konsole von ppcboot stehen.
Mit der Eingabe von "help" bekommst du eine Ausgabe der möglichen Befehle von ppcboot. Gebe nun einfach "memtest" ein und poste auch mal diese Ausgabe!

Hi, hat leider etwas gedauert. Gestern hab ich versucht und auch geschafft einen Speichertest des BL zu machen. Leider ist mir schon wieder das log abhanden gekommen. Mach ich morgen nochmal.

Urplötzlich war ich aber in der Lage FTP zu machen und cdk und ucodes zu übertragen wo ich sonnst nie hingekommen bin. Nach Abschluss und neustart gab es allerdings wieder

Auch hatte ich schon mal ein problem damit, dass die box die cdk.cramfs nicht erkannt hat, obwohl ich die schon eingespielt habe...wer auch dieses problem hat, sollte prüfen, ob auch der gesamte dateiname klein geschrieben ist....

Also der BL test ist ok, memetest konte ich noch nicht machen. krieg ich irgendwie nicht hin.

Das Ding bringt mich langsam zu weissglut. Gestern konnte ich nach dem flashen noch FTP. heute wieder nichtmehr. Entweder bleibt die box wieder mit starting Kernel stehen ider endet in eiene ladeschleife. Hae alle images neu geladen. YADD -versuch ist ebenfalls fehlgeschlagen da ebenfalls mit

Verbinde Box und PC mit einem Nullmodemkabel. Starte den Bootmanager und aktiviere nur COM mit 9600 Baud. Drück die Pfeilnachoben Taste und steck den Stromstecker der Box ein. Das Ergebnis aus dem COM-Terminal postest du dann hier.

Die Box hat einen Hardwaredefekt, den Du wohl durch Flashen nicht mehr hinbekommen kannst!

Wäre der Hardwarefehler reparabel oder taugt die Box nur noch als Ersatzteilspender ?

Ich denke mal, dass es nicht einfach ist. Es wird auch schwer sein, jemanden zu finden, der wirklich Ahnung davon hat.
