mm irgendwie gehts nett bin aber im depug modus laut sisplay der box

Schau mal ob evtl. Dein Nullmodem locker ist, oder ob noch ein Maustreiber oder ähnliches auf dem com-port hängt.
Die alternative Methode: http://www.dietmar-h.net/alt_flash.html sollte auf jeden fall gehen.

Was auch geht, ist an der Stelle einfach "done" + <Return> von Hand eintippen - hab ich früher bei nem lahmen Laptop immer machen müssen.
